Tasting Notes
Colour
Sunlit amber-gold with honeyed depth and a delicate copper glow.
Nose
Opulent vanilla and creamy toffee rise from the glass, fed by a fresh bourbon barrel. Honeyed orchard fruits mingle with citrus zest, while delicate almond notes and a whisper of spice linger on the nose.
Palate
Silky and full on the palate, with vanilla-laden cream from the fresh bourbon cask, notes of pear and orchard apple, baked apple, and honey. Subtle almond and spice drift in, supported by gentle barley sweetness. A long, warming finish of vanilla, toffee, and soft oak.
Finish
Long, silky finish that cloaks the palate in honeyed vanilla and caramel, with bright citrus zest and orchard fruit, then slowly yields to toasted oak and gentle spice. The bourbon-forward sweetness lingers with creamy malt, a refined warmth and a final, lingering whisper of oak.
