A limited edition, cask strength Hazelburn, matured exclusively in Oloroso sherry butts and bottled as a 14 year old. One of 9900 bottles released.
The nose has aromas of fruit and nut chocolate, raisins and almonds. Followed by summer fruits, dark chocolate and pecan pie. The palate is leathery with raspberry coulis and milk chocolate while the finish, which is long and lingering, shows salted caramel, pepper, coffee beans with the waxiness of banana peel.

Deep amber with coppery highlights and a mahogany glow, warm and sunlit.
Nose
Fruit and nut chocolate, raisins and almonds rise on the nose, followed by summer fruits, dark chocolate and pecan pie.
Palate
Leathery and luxurious on the palate, with raspberry coulis and milk chocolate weaving through a rich, sherry-influenced depth, delivering a velvety, full-bodied mouthfeel.
Finish
A long, lingering finish of salted caramel and pepper, with coffee beans and a waxy banana-peel note.
