Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with mahogany depths and coppery-bronze glints, a rich sherry-warmed hue that glows with burnished caramel luster in the glass.
Nose
Zesty orange and tangerine notes open the aroma, unfolding into hints of milk chocolate, wine gums and fruit cake.
Palate
On the palate, oloroso maturation delivers cinnamon, hard toffee and milk chocolate, with a musty, cigar-box edge and a shadow of nutmeg.
Finish
Persistent cinnamon coats the palate, giving way to gingerbread and a quiet kiss of ground pepper that unfolds through a long, warming finish.
