Colour
Deep amber with mahogany undertones and a coppery glint.
Nose
Opulent sherried nose with dense dried fruit—raisin, fig, prune—woven with glazed orange zest, toffee and dark chocolate. Subtle espresso, leather and walnut notes rise over toasted oak, tempered by warm spices of cinnamon and clove. A luxurious Oloroso cloak envelops the whisky, delivering immediate richness and a poised, well-balanced maturity.
Palate
Opulent and full on the palate, this Octave delivers a luxuriously sherried depth: fig, raisin and date mingle with orange zest, toffee and dark chocolate. Spices—cinnamon and clove—along with warm oak add richness, while velvet textures carry a long, refined finish with hints of leather and cocoa.
Finish
An extended, luxuriously sherried finish: dark fruit compote—prune, raisin, fig—spun through velvety oak; cocoa nibs and toasted almond mingle with warm spice, while orange zest lends lift, fading to a refined, lingering dryness.
