Colour

Deep copper-amber with mahogany edges and a warm, burnished-gold glow.

Nose

A voluptuous sherried scent bursts from the glass: dark raisins, dried fig and plum mingle with orange zest, treacle and cocoa. Spiced oak, cedar and toasted almond lend structure, while a whisper of leather and tobacco adds old-cask gravitas. At full strength, the aroma is rich, glossy and inviting, poised between sweetness and wood-driven complexity.

Palate

Full, bold and unashamedly rich, the palate delivers sherry‑soaked fruit—prune, fig and raisin—alongside dark chocolate and toasted almond. Cinnamon and clove spice mingle with warm oak, building to a long, resinous finish with espresso hints and a delicate bittersweet balance.

Finish

Long, warming and richly spiced, the finish unveils dark fruit, cocoa and a kiss of sherry sweetness. The high ABV coats the palate with a velvet heat that gradually fades to orange zest, toasted nut and oak, leaving a polished, lingering warmth.
