Nose
Delicate and refined, the nose unfolds with orchard fruits and honeyed malt, lifted by almondy oak. A subtle sherry kiss brings raisin sweetness, while orange zest, toffee and a whisper of spice weave through, finishing with aged-leather polish.
Palate
Silky and refined on the palate, Dallas Dhu 1969 offers orchard fruit brightness—green apple and pear—alongside vanilla, almond and a gentle touch of oak. Subtle spices linger, while the finish remains fresh, lightly oak-driven, with a poised, lingering sweetness.
Finish
An enduring, sherried finish that unfurls slowly across the palate. Rich dried fruit—raisin, fig and date—meets cocoa and toasted almond, then settles into warm oak and spice. Cinnamon and clove weave through the final echo, leaving a polished, resinous warmth that lingers gracefully and invites the next sip.
