Colour

Shimmering malt leads the nose, with ripe apple and pear fruit layered over honeyed cereal. Vanilla and almond from gentle oak weave through, while a delicate sherry whisper adds dried fruit, cocoa and spice. A bright citrus zest lifts the aroma, finishing on a clean, lightly toasty malt note.

Palate

Silky, well-balanced palate that presents soft malt sweetness, ripe apple and pear, brushed with honey and citrus zest. Subtle spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—creeps in, tempered by gentle oak. The finish is clean and lingering, with a refined maltiness and a faint almond nuttiness.

Finish

Clean and enduring, the finish releases honeyed barley and orchard fruit, drifting into toasted oak with a whisper of vanilla and spice. A warm, nutty echo lingers, refined and softly drying.
