Colour
Rich copper-amber with honey-gold highlights, a warm, sunlit glow.
Nose
Rich sherry aromas frame dark fruit and toasted malt: raisin, fig, and plum mingle with cocoa and a whisper of orange zest. Vanilla, toffee and polished oak lend gentle sweetness and warmth, while faint spice hints evoke a quiet, venerable library of age and character.
Palate
Silky and restrained, the palate presents honeyed orchard fruit with vanilla cream, lightly seasoned by oak. Apple and pear mingle with citrus zest while a whisper of nutmeg and white pepper adds a soft spice. A gentle sherry echo brings dried almond and cocoa, ending on a clean, balanced finish.
Finish
Long, refined finish of sherry sweetness balanced by dried fig and raisin, with orange zest, cocoa and a whisper of oak. Spices linger softly as the velvety fade grows warm and cacao-dark, inviting another sip.
