Inspired by one of many pubs owned by James Eadie, 'The Boot' is a ten year old expression from the Dailuaine distillery. Despite its relatively young age, this is a full bodied Whisky. There are aromas of banoffee pie with vanilla cream and a hint of crystalised ginger and frangipane. The flavours mirror the nose; more banana, vanilla and frangipane, balanced by spice and white pepper.

Long, creamy finish that echoes banoffee and vanilla, with lingering frangipane and a gentle spice of white pepper. A ginger lift threads through the warmth, then fades to oak-soft sweetness that lingers gracefully.
