This unique twelve year old expression from the Dailuaine Distillery has been aged in a single Sherry butt, producing just 350 bottlings. Notes of burnt wood, peanuts, almonds, spring flowers and shortbread come forward on the nose. The flavour is surprisingly fruity yet perfectly drying with glazed ginger and raisins. There is more wood on the finish, along with toasted barley, blackcurrents and pepper covered strawberries.

Fruity on the palate with a surprisingly drying finish, this Dailuaine delivers glazed ginger and raisins alongside toasted barley and almond. Flavors evolve toward blackcurrants and pepper-kissed strawberries, all carried by a warm sherry oak that lingers as the dryness returns.
