Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery mahogany tones, a warm, sunlit glow hinting at sherry-cask richness.
Nose
Green apple leads with bold, buttered burnt toast; grassy and nutty notes unfold, with soft hints of spice.
Palate
Swathes of vanilla and sweetness, bolstered by toasted malt. A thick, creamy mouthfeel carries fruit strudel notes, with baked apples taking the lead. With a splash of water, grassiness bursts through to reveal the distillery character.
Finish
Sweet red apples and honey linger, with cereals and vanilla fading as the whisky draws to a close.
