Rich, fruity, grassy, and malty! Stewed plums and toasted hot cross buns, dripping with butter. Hints of ginger, Demerara sugar, and waxy candles.
Palate
An oily, mouth-coating feel greets the palate, with rosy red apples, caramelised brown sugar, and vanilla custard. Warming spices weave through, lingering long into the finish.
Finish
Long, warming finish where rosy red apples and caramelised brown sugar linger, underscored by vanilla custard and sherried spices that fade to a soft, lingering warmth.
