Nose
Sherry-soaked richness unfurls with prunes, raisins and fig, balanced by warming cinnamon and clove and a subtle nutmeg. Underneath, toasted oak, vanilla and cocoa nibs linger, while a bright note of orange zest completes the aromatic profile—elegant, mature and inviting.
Palate
Rich, full-bodied palate of plum and raisin sherry fruit, intensified by dried orange zest and dark chocolate. Warming spices—cinnamon, nutmeg, clove—unfold over velvety oak, with a touch of espresso-like bitterness. At 54.3%, it yields a powerful, elegant balance; long, warming finish where wood and spice linger, leaving a refined, luxurious impression.
