This 15 year old Dailuaine single malt whisky, bottled in 2020, is one of 281 bottles aged exclusively in a refill Sherry butt.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery glow and a warm honey-gold core.
Nose
Floral and sweet, with hints of charred oak, hazelnuts and amaretto.
Palate
Barley sugar and baking spice dominate the palate, with sweet raisin notes and a faint kiss of ginger spice.
Finish
A long, spicy-sweet finish where pepper notes thread through soft sweetness, ending on a kiss of fruity preserve that lingers warmly.
