Opulent Banyuls-inflected aroma with a bright core of blackberry, black cherry and raspberry. Vanilla-caramel from American oak supports rich fruit; hints of fig, cocoa and almond emerge, while warm spice adds lift. A dessert-wine depth that stays fresh and inviting.
Palate
Velvety and generous, the palate coats with lush black fruits and red berries—blackberry, plum and a hint of cherry—carried by Banyuls sweetness. Subtle cocoa, vanilla and gentle spice ride over creamy oak, delivering warmth, poise and balance. The finish is long and fruit-driven, with a refined cacao glow and a lingering touch of spice.
