Nose
Sun-warmed orchard fruits mingle with vanilla cream and toffee, lifted by creamy bourbon oak. Coconut notes peek through, while citrus zest sparkles and a gentle spice of white pepper and cinnamon lingers.
Palate
On the palate it unfolds with vanilla, caramel and creamy toffee from the bourbon cask, wrapped in indulgent malt. Orchard fruits and citrus zest lift the sweetness, while cinnamon, white pepper and a whisper of nutmeg add subtle spice. Rich yet balanced by oak, it finishes long, silky, with lingering vanilla and a warm, resinous echo of the cask.
Finish
An expansive, warming finish that lingers with vanilla and caramel, then honeyed orchard fruit and soft spice. It ripens into toasted oak, finishing with a bright citrus lift and a hint of creamy vanilla.
