Aged for 14 years in a Bourbon Barrel (#800127) with an outturn of 214 bottles. As one of those distilleries who's outyput often goes into blends, this is a fine, affordable, botttling showing what the distillery can do as a Single Malt.

Nose
Bright vanilla and honey lead, unfolding into creamy toffee and pale oak. Citrus zest and a touch of coconut weave through, with a whisper of almond and gentle spice, delivering a suave, approachable Speyside sweetness.
Palate
Silky and creamy, the palate opens with vanilla and caramel from the bourbon cask, entwined with honeyed fruit and a citrus lift. Biscuit notes and soft oak provide structure, while a gentle spice underscores the sweetness. Mid-palate reveals orchard apple and pear, then a warm, lingering finish of vanilla, toffee and almond.
Finish
Long, silky finish of vanilla and caramel from the bourbon cask, wrapped in creamy oak. Subtle orchard fruit notes emerge, with a gentle spice that lingers, tapering to a warm, dry, oaken farewell.
