Cù Bòcan 15 Year Old takes us back to where it all began, when Cù Bòcan first started producing lightly peated spirit in the midst of winter. Matured fully in Oloroso Sherry casks for a minimum of 15 years, this is a decadent Single Malt with sun dried fruits and smoky exotic spices.

Deep amber with rich mahogany tones and coppery highlights, a warm, sun-kissed glow.
Nose
Opulent Oloroso aroma of sun-dried fruits with flamed orange peel, black cherry and a hint of cinder-toffee. Warm cardamom spices rise over velvety oak, weaving a softly smoky, decadent scent.
Palate
On the palate, a lush sherried sweetness blankets dried fruits, with flamed orange peel and toffee. Subtle peat smoke threads through black cherry and cardamom, lending smoky spice and depth. Silky mid-weight texture leads to a warm, long finish where spiced fruit notes linger.
Finish
An enduring finish of sun-dried fruits and flamed orange peel, evolving into notes of black cherry and cardamom with a whisper of cinder toffee; the Oloroso cask sweetness lingers as a warm, spicy fade.
