Creation #2 features lightly peated whisky that has been matured in a combination of ex-Shochu (a popular Japanese rice based spirit) and Virgin European Oak casks. This East meets West combination adds some interesting dimensions to the whisky, with a earthy, lime and pear drop profile from the Shochu casks marrying with sweetness, syrup and nuttiness from the European Oak. A rich and lively whisky with notes of key lime pie and smoke is the result!

Sunlit golden amber with coppery edges and a honeyed glow.
Nose
Earthy peat and a kiss of smoke rise with bright lime zest and pear-drop sweetness from the Shochu casks. Virgin European Oak adds syrupy vanilla and nutty depth, while a citrus lift hints at key lime pie, yielding a vibrant, inviting aroma that lingers with warmth and balance.

A gently peated edge frames a bright lime and pear drop core from the Shochu casks. Orchard fruit flavors mingle with syrupy sweetness and toasted nut notes from Virgin European Oak, delivering a rich, creamy texture. Subtle smoke weaves through to a lively, lingering finish.
