The Signature is a lightly peated malt whisky that has been matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon, ex-oloroso Sherry and virgin American oak casks, and is said to contain ‘subtly smoky, surprisingly sweet’ notes of ‘rich citrus and exotic spices’.

Silky and medium-bodied, this Cu Bocan Signature delivers gentle peat against creamy vanilla and toasted oak from ex-Bourbon and virgin cask maturations. Subtle sherry sweetness threads through bright citrus zest and warm spices, with a whisper of smoke that lingers, leaving a refined, citrus-tinged finish.
