Nose
Medium to high intensity, briny sea air with a coastal lift; honeyed sweetness and vanilla mingle with toasted nuts and a touch of spice, carried by a fresh sea spray note.
Palate
Dry, medium-bodied and smooth, honey and cream sweep the palate, with a faint salty coastal lift, notes of toasted nuts and subtle spice, and a long, lingering sweetness.
Finish
Sweet honeyed cream lingers, subtly salted by a sea breeze and kissed with a gentle spice. A long, warming finish that persists with refined sweetness and coastal charm.
