Adding to its rarity, Distillery Manager Malcolm Waring personally hand-filled the casks in which this single malt spent three decades developing its unmistakable coastal character.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Burnished amber with warm honey-gold highlights and a coppery glow.
Nose
An elegant aroma of sugared almonds and sweet oak, with juicy pear and green apple, plus toffee and polished wood and a touch of citrus. Subtle florals mingle with hints of leather and tobacco, all carried on a gentle maritime breeze.
Palate
Bright citrus and crisp pear open the palate, giving way to salted caramel and baked apple. Cinnamon and nutmeg spice mingle with polished oak, while delicate florals add lift to a rich, layered sweetness.
Finish
Medium to long, a graceful balance of sweet and salty that lingers with coastal elegance, leaving a refined maritime impression.
