Nose
Soft peat smoke mingles with a balsamic glaze, revealing ripe strawberries and red fruit. Exotic spices (cinnamon, cloves, cardamom) are framed by citrus zest, while hints of pineapple and mango add tropical lift. Cabernet Sauvignon cask influence lends wine-rich depth to the aroma.
Palate
Light smoke threads a strawberry-balsamic sweetness across the palate, with exotic spices and bright citrus. Cabernet cask maturation yields a velvety fruit core, crowned by tropical hints of mango and pineapple. A delicate peppery lift and resinous finish linger, carried by refined oak and a subtle kiss of peat.
