Palate
Full-bodied and precise, with controlled peat smoke that coats the palate. Rich malt sweetness meets Mizunara’s distinctive oak—sandalwood, incense, vanilla, and a whisper of coconut. Spices mingle with dark chocolate as pepper adds lift, leading to a long, resinous finish where smoke and wood linger harmoniously.
