Tasting notes:
Boozy fresh fruit flan and raspberry sherry trifle on the nose, whilst on the palate, chocolates filled with italian walnut liqueur. Diluted, Sicilian style cannoli and to finish red wine and port poached pears. This Whisky previously inhabited an ex- bourbon refill barrel.

Colour
Rich golden-amber, like liquid honey with coppery edges and a warm, sunlit glow.
Nose
Boozy, lush aroma of fresh fruit flan and raspberry sherry trifle, with port-poached pear lifting the bouquet; a whisper of Sauternes cask sweetness lending honeyed fruit and lingering opulence.
Palate
Dark chocolates laced with Italian walnut liqueur, a delicate hint of Sicilian cannoli, and a long finish of red wine and port-poached pears.
Finish
Long, refined finish of red wine and port-poached pears, with a delicate Sauternes sweetness lingering alongside warm spice and a polished fruitiness.
