A super 21-year-old vintage Balblair released by independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail as part of their MacPhail's Collection, a series of bottlings that were discontinued in 2018.
Older releases from this series. including Balblair, Glen Scotia and Highland Park have been excellent. This is a final chance to grab a super whisky at an exceptional price.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Sweet and delicate with vanilla with hints of honey combined with delicious apricot, green apples with hints of toasted malt.
Palate
Yet more sweetness with a creamy hint with fresh fruits - banana and raspberries with marzipan flavours are all complemented nicely by hints of heather and honey.
Finish
Medium length and like the palate with a creamy texture as sweet honey lingers.
