Sun-kissed angelica and lime curd mingle with white chocolate and peardrops, while faint floral-grassy notes weave through green grapes and kiwi, finishing with a delicate dusting of icing sugar.
Palate
On the palate, crisp apple bon bons mingle with lime drizzle cake, coconut fudge and vanilla. Fizzy citrus lifts the sweetness, while soft spice lends a gentle warmth.
Finish
Long and refreshing, the finish delivers green fruit and lime zest, pear-drop sweetness, a hint of grassy barley, and angelica, finishing with a soft vanilla warmth.
