"A very relaxed and well made and matured malt, comfortable in its own skin, bursting with complexity and showing an exemplary barley-oak ratio. A minor classic."

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a touch of mahogany.
Nose
Bright citrus and green apple rise over creamy vanilla and honeyed barley, with polished oak lending structure. A restrained sherry glow brings dried fig, raisin, and almond, along with a whisper of spice—elegant, relaxed, and inviting on the nose.
Palate
Silky and poised on the palate, it opens with orchard fruit—pear and apple—carried by a refined, sherry-aided sweetness. Toffee, vanilla and almond unfold into gentle spice, balanced by a precise barley–oak core. Medium-full and smooth, it finishes long and elegant, with lingering fruit, subtle oak and warm spice.
Finish
Silky, enduring finish that lingers with gentle spice and dried fruit, a kiss of polished oak and sherry richness. The citrusy brightness softens into caramel and almond, with a refined, well-poised warmth that stays long on the palate.
