Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with copper highlights and mahogany undertones.
Nose
Opulent citrus zest and orchard fruit rise from the glass, tempered by honeyed vanilla and toffee. Sherry-matured warmth releases dried fig and raisin, almond and cocoa, with whispers of leather and spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—over polished oak. A refined, velvety nose that promises a richly lingering, balanced Highland beauty.
Palate
Velvet and opulent on the palate, with a creamy, full-bodied texture. Rich dried fruit meets orange zest, toffee and almond, framed by warm spice. Sherry-cask depth adds oak, cocoa and a resinous gloss through the mid-palate. The finish is long and refined, with lingering fig, date and citrus, tempered by quiet oak and a subtle mineral lift.
Finish
Opulent and long, the finish pours sherry-dark sweetness—figs, dates and orange zest—into velvety cacao and toffee. Cinnamon and clove rise over toasted oak, with a whisper of leather. Warmth lingers gracefully, leaving a refined echo of polished barley and oak.
