Colour

Dried plum, fig and cocoa echo a rich, toasted toffee note, while sea-salt and orange zest sharpen the finish. Palate

Powerfully peated with maritime iodine and smoke, the palate coats the tongue in a velvety, waxy texture. Notes of dark chocolate, espresso and dried fig emerge from delicate sherry influence, while briny sea salt and gentle spice lift into a long, smoky finish.
