Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich golden amber with warm honey tones and a subtle copper glow.
Nose
Warm, vanilla-forward aroma with creamy coconut and toasted oak from ex-bourbon casks. Subtle honeyed fruit—apricot and orchard apple—unfolds beside a delicate spice, all carried by a sun-warmed sweetness that hints at the 60% ABV.
Palate
Rich and unctuous on the palate, it coats with vanilla, caramel and coconut from ex-bourbon casks, mingling with ripe tropical fruit and toasted almond. A creamy body yields spice from cinnamon and nutmeg, tempered by a peppery kick at 60% ABV, finishing long with oak, vanilla and warm elegance.
Finish
An extended, warming finish dominated by vanilla bean, toffee and coconut from the ex-bourbon cask. Toasted oak supports caramelized fruit and a gentle spice—cinnamon and white pepper—that lingers, slowly fading into a warm, slightly dry, peppery kiss at the back of the palate.
