This expression was a limited release specially bottled for La Maison du Whisky, bottled at a mighty at 62.8% ABV.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Aromas of blackcurrant cordial and fruity liquorice mingle with burnt raisin, rooted in earthy, rootsy notes. Toasted aromatic spices rise, with a hint of cigar leaf.
Palate
Stewed berry fruits at the core, with woody-bark notes and rootsy aniseed plus fruity liquorice. Spicy blackcurrants sit alongside smoked, peppery meats, while earthy, bramble undertones lend depth on the palate.
Finish
Drying, aromatic tobacco leaf, aniseed and smoked meat, stewed fruits of the forest and plenty of rich wood smoke and peppery oak.
