Nose

Opulent, dark-fruit aroma: prunes, figs and ripe plum mingle with caramel-vanilla oak from American oak and ex-Bourbon casks. Port pipes lend luscious Port sweetness, layered with almond, cocoa and warming spices—cinnamon and clove—woven into a resinous, lingering finish.

Palate

Opulent and syrupy, the palate delivers lush red fruits—plum, fig, blackberry—woven with vanilla, clove and cocoa. Port-cask sweetness coats the mid-palate, while notes of espresso and dark chocolate deepen the richness. American oak and ex-bourbon layers add caramel-y warmth and subtle tannin, finishing long with a peppery, lingering warmth from the ABV.

Finish

Long and luxurious, the finale coats the palate with Port-pipe sweetness: ripe dark fruits, plum and fig, tempered by vanilla and cocoa from the oak. Silky tannins and spice linger, delivering a warm, persistent glow that slowly fades into a refined, ember-brushed aftertaste.
