Palate

Full-bodied and warming, this Amrut coats the palate with vanilla, toasted oak and creamy coconut from ex-bourbon maturation. Bright tropical notes of mango and pineapple mingle with spice—cinnamon, clove and white pepper—while caramel and a touch of cocoa add depth. At 60% ABV the finish is long, mouth-coating, and elegantly assertive, leaving a refined blaze of oak and fruit.

Finish

Long, warming finish with vanilla and toasted oak evolving into coconut and tropical fruit. Spicy notes of cinnamon and white pepper linger, followed by citrus zest and a refined, lingering warmth that echoes the ex-bourbon cask and single-cask depth.
