Colour

Deep amber with a warm copper-gold core and subtle mahogany edges, a rich, sherried glow.

Nose

Opulent bouquet of dark fruit, toffee and orange zest, lifted by vanilla. Raisin, fig and date mingle with chocolate, caramel and a whisper of sherry sweetness. Spiced oak—vanilla, clove, nutmeg—frames the aromas, with hints of leather and toasted almond. A luxurious, multi-cask perfume that speaks to PX and oloroso influences.

Palate

On the palate it unfolds in layers of richness and warmth: dried fig and raisin mingle with toffee, cacao, and a touch of orange zest. Multi-cask influence shows through vanilla, spice (cinnamon, clove), and a gentle nutty edge, backed by oak from French barrels and sherry casks. The texture is velvety yet substantial, with a creamy mid-palate and a lingering finish of oak, spice, and dark fruit.

Finish

Long, luxurious finish that lingers with sherry-soaked fruit—figs and dates—drifting into dark chocolate and espresso. Vanilla, toasted spice and oak carry a warm, peppery echo, fading to orange zest and soft tannins.
