Here we have a 40 year old single malt from Tormore distillery aged in Refill Bourbon Barrels with only 96 bottles produced from its 37th cask.

Colour
Deep golden amber with rich honey hues and subtle coppery highlights.
Nose
Tropical fruit bursts from the aroma, pineapple, guava and coconut, giving way to soft toffee and a subtle oak, layering sweetness with warm wood spice for a refined, age-old poise.
Palate
White pepper opens the palate, then unfolds into baked apple pie with grapefruit, lime and melon, delivering a bright, fruity freshness.
Finish
Long, lingering finish that carries tropical fruit and spice, with pineapple and guava fading into bright citrus notes and a whisper of white pepper warmth.
