Tormore Duncan Taylor Dimensions Single Cask #1590 Whisky 24 Year Old · 1990 Vintage

Colour

Dark amber with mahogany depths and a copper-gold glow.

Nose

Opulent dark-fruit perfume rises from the glass: raisin, fig and dried plum, braided with cocoa, toffee and toasted almond. Sherry richness threads through vanilla oak, with a hint of orange zest and spice. A refined, warm crescendo that promises depth and quiet elegance.

Palate

Opulent and velvety on the palate, this Tormore in sherry-cask mood delivers dark fig, raisin and date, laced with burnt sugar and toffee. Rich cocoa, espresso and orange zest unfold over toasted almond and vanilla, with a warming hush of spice—nutmeg and clove. Full-bodied and long, the finish carries fruit sweetness and polished oak, leaving a lingering, chocolatey glow.

Finish

Long, luxurious finish anchored in sherry sweetness, with raisin and fig lingering beside cocoa nib and toasted almond. Cinnamon and clove fade over velvety oak, leaving a warm, lingering glow of refined chocolate and spice.
