Nose
A rich, inviting nose of sherry fruit: dark raisin, fig and prune mingle with orange zest, cocoa and toasted almond. Spices—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—emerge against a backdrop of coastal Islay notes, a light brine and sea-kissed air, with warm vanilla oak and a hint of caramel from the cask.
