This velvety rich dram was created to celebrate Fèis Ìle 2022, the most important festival on Islay and within the Whisky community. Meaning Araig River in Scots Gaelic, this Limited Edition has been matured in ex-Bourbon and Pedro Ximenez octave casks, hand-selected to push the boundaries of sherry maturation. The result is a classic Bunnahabhain dram - bold, unpeated and sherried with a spicy cinnamon burst.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Silky chocolate notes intertwine with powdered ginger and a refined cigar-box scent, delivering a warm, inviting nose with a touch of luxurious depth.
Palate
A velvety rich texture , initially creamy milk chocolate then sweet raisins and dried raspberries. As the PX develops balsamic vinegar and honeyed macadamias come through.
Finish
Deep and rich , with dark toffee and a final spicy burst of cinnamon.
