Nose
Dark orange chocolate entwines with under-sugared peach jam and shredded lemon verbena, finished with a nutty, mature cheddar note that grounds the aroma.
Palate
Smoked paprika and cumin mingle with tart sweetness as apple drops meet a touch of burnt pear upside-down cake. A peppery lift remains, with crunchy ginger-nut biscuits and a delicate note of star anise oil.
Finish
Weathered leather and raw cacao nibs linger, with a prickle of pimento pepper, mellowed by Danish butter cookies.
