Master Distiller, Robert Fleming, created this small batch bottling by specially selecting Tomintoul aged in exceptional ex-bourbon American oak casks, which are then married & finished in hand selected Tempranillo wine barrels sourced from Spain.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Bright golden amber with warm copper highlights and a honeyed glow.
Nose
A festive bouquet of strawberry jam and cooked fruits, mingled with cinder toffee and syrup sponge, finished with vanilla and a gentle chamomile whisper.
Palate
A wash of mixed berry compote, brandy snap biscuits and custard pastries married with white pepper, toasted oak and cappuccino coffee.
Finish
Cosy notes of dark chocolate and raspberry, with a hint of stem ginger, fade into espresso and roast chestnut, leaving a warm, lingering finish.
