This small batch bottling from Tomintoul was created by specially selecting Tomintoul aged in exceptional ex bourbon American oak barrels, which are then married & finished in hand selected Madeira wine barrels sourced from Portugal’s Madeira Islands.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with warm coppery undertones.
Nose
An alluring bouquet of summer berries and spiced fruits, lifted by ginger biscuits, with hints of chocolate orange and warming baking spices.
Palate
Juicy cantaloupe and bramble fruit unfold with candied peels, followed by chocolate mousse, syrupy flapjacks and hints of toasted oak.
Finish
Cosy cake spices and cacao linger, while ripe banana, vanilla panna cotta and marmalade weave through the warm finish.
