Sherry- and brandy-cask influence delivers rich dried fruit—raisins, fig, touches of plum—woven with dark chocolate and toffee. Vanilla, oak and subtle spice thread through, culminating in a peppery lift. The finish is long and smoky, with coastal minerality and a balanced, dessert-like sweetness lingering.
