Aromatic raisin and warm clove spice are layered with subtle notes of leather. Bright tangerine zest unfolds into rich walnut and sweet prune flavours.

Ripe fig and vibrant strawberry mingle with cracked black pepper, while delicate cocoa notes emerge alongside pressed apple and dried tobacco.

The finish is full-bodied and spicy, with lingering citrus and a gentle hint of ash.

(TAL-iss-ker) Talisker was founded in 1830 by Hugh and Kenneth MacAskill in Carbost on the shores of Loch Harport, and it remains the oldest working distillery on the Isle of Skye. Its history includes a major stillhouse fire in 1960, after which the distillery was rebuilt with exact replicas of the original stills to preserve its character, and it now forms part of Diageo’s malt whisky portfolio.
