Briny sea air and maritime peat mingle with refined smoke, softened by age. Subtle vanilla and toasted oak frame hints of citrus zest and dried fruit, with a quiet peppery spine—an elegant, balanced nose that promises depth and refinement.
Palate
Silky and substantial, the 25-year Talisker balances briny, medicinal peat with refined coastal sweetness from long aging in American and European oak. Sea-salted smoke mingles with vanilla, toffee and subtle spice; citrus zest and orchard fruit keep it bright and elegant. The finish is long and maritime, with peat, ash and a warming saline glow.
