Palate

Coats the palate with muscular, cask-strength intensity—sherried sweetness intertwined with Talisker’s coastal peat. Rich dried fruit—fig and prune—rise with cracked black pepper, sea salt and a hint of leather. Cocoa and espresso deepen the mid-palate as the finish remains long and warming, threaded with smoky brine and maritime spice.
