Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery hues and a warm honey-gold glow.
Nose
Mild, surprisingly fruity, fading quickly into lush seaweed with charred sticks. It becomes soft and very slightly waxy or creamy, like fudge, hinting at maritime depth.
Palate
An immediate, dry smoke coats the palate, wrapped in creamy oak. Almond milk sweetness mingles with light, stone-fruit notes, while a trace of sea salt lingers to lift the finish with maritime elegance.
Finish
Long, gently warming, the finish threads a maritime whisper through the palate, leaving a lingering sea-air aftertaste. A refined white pepper tingle sits on the tongue, replacing any chilli catch with coastal grace.
