A new release from the annual Talisker Distillers Edition, this time round a 2010 vintage bottled in 2020.
The resulting whisky features classic Talisker notes such as sea salt and peat paired wonderfully by the further maturation of the liqurid in Amoroso Sherry casks bringing rich, full bodied sweetness to the party.

Colour
Deep amber-gold with warm coppery hues and a hint of mahogany.
Nose
Citrus zest meets bold peat and sea salt, with a cocoa-dark chocolate undercurrent adding depth and lure.
Palate
Sea-salt tang with a peppery kick frames bright pear, while Amoroso Sherry lends lush, sweet warmth that coats the palate in maritime luxury.
Finish
An enduring finish of rich sweetness, fruitcake and stone fruit, balanced by dark chocolate and a whiff of cracked black pepper.
