Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with a warm copper-gold glow and subtle mahogany undertones, hinting at sherry-influenced maturity.
Nose
Polished toffee and honey rise from the glass, with baked apples and dried pears. Sherry-matured notes bring raisins, fig, and a candied orange zest, while almond and warm oak provide balance. A trace of cocoa, spice and leather adds depth, yielding a malt-forward, indulgent aroma that speaks of time, craft, and refined luxury.
Palate
On the palate, a velvet cloak of sherry-soaked fruit unfolds: dark plum and raisin with fig and dried apricot, dusted by cocoa and toasted almond. Rich, refined oak lends structure, while cinnamon and clove spice mingle with a warm caramel sweetness, carrying to a long, elegant finish.
Finish
Long, elegant finish of honeyed toffee and orchard fruit, with a whisper of spice. Sherry-influenced sweetness lingers, evolving into smooth oak and caramel-nut notes as warmth slowly fades into a refined, lasting tail.
