Silky and slightly oil-rich on the palate, this Scapa delivers vanilla and honey from the bourbon hogshead, balanced by citrus zest and green apple. A subtle maritime brine threads through creamy oak, with almond and light spice lending depth. The finish is warm and lasting, with toffee, faintly nutty notes, and a whisper of coastal sweetness.
